Our furniture microfiber leather adopts advanced ultra-fine nylon/polyester fiber base compounded with high-density PU resin, forming a 3D fiber structure identical to natural cowhide, realizing authentic leather touch while fixing all defects of genuine leather like uneven grain, scar marks and unstable batch quality. Standard thickness ranges from 0.8mm to 2.0mm: 1.2–1.5mm for regular sofa upholstery, 1.5–2.0mm for heavy-duty commercial dining chairs, 0.8–1.2mm for decorative furniture & headboard wrapping, all specifications can be customized per client’s production requirement.

We can provide customized services according to the requirements of our clients.

1. Please introduce your specific requirements to us, including thickness, color (using Pantone color numbers or samples), application methods (such as for sofas, furniture, chairs, interior decoration styles, etc.), and physical standards (such as wear resistance tests, etc.).

2. A laboratory color matching test will be conducted, and an A4-sized physical sample will be sent to our clients for them to test the feel, thickness, and color.

3. After the sample is confirmed, we will confirm the price, delivery time, transportation method, and payment terms.
